ಒಂದು ಸಂಜೆ ಅನನ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಳ ತಮ್ಮ ತೋಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಟವಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಮುಳುಗಿದನು. ಆಗ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಕತ್ತಲು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರು. ಕತ್ತಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳು ಹೊಳೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಎಂದು ಅನನ್ಯ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿದಳು. ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಹೋಗಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಅಮ್ಮ ಕತ್ತಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪ ಹಚ್ಚಿದರು. ಮನೆಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಳಕಿನಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿತು. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಯದ ನಂತರ ಅಪ್ಪ ಹೇಳಿದರು, ಕತ್ತಲು ಬಂದಾಗ ನಾವು ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಉದಯಿಸಿದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನಗುತ್ತಾ ಹೇಳಿದರು, ಕತ್ತಲಿನ ನಂತರ ಬೆಳಕು ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ದಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕತ್ತಲಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಬಾರದು, ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳಕು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಕಲಿತರು. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.

English Translation

One evening, Ananya and her younger brother were playing in the garden. Slowly, the sun set, and darkness came at night. They looked at the sky and Ananya happily said, "Stars shine in the darkness." When they reached home, there was a power cut. Mother lit a lamp in the darkness, and the house became bright. After some time, their father reminded them, "When darkness comes, we go home." He explained that staying safe is important. The next morning, the sun rose, and everyone smiled, saying, "After darkness, light comes." The children learned not to fear the dark, to stay careful, and to remember that light always follows darkness. They happily began a new day
